Aaron Scott is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. He specializes in structured finance and securitization, with a focus on CLOs. Mr. Scott advises the leading arrangers and managers on European CLO transactions.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Scott worked in the structured finance practice at another leading international firm in London. He trained and worked as a lawyer in New Zealand prior to moving to London.
