Anderson Westerman is an associate in the Global Finance practice and based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on representing banks, other financial institutions, and corporate borrowers across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions.

Mr. Westerman received his law degree from New York University School of Law in 2022, where he served as a research assistant to Professor Edward B. Rock, the Reporter for the American Law Institute’s Restatement of the Law of Corporate Governance. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from New York University in 2017. Mr. Westerman is admitted to practice law in New York.
