
Overview
Brian Whaley is a member of the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Mr. Whaley's practice focuses on securitization and structured and derivative products. His experience includes representing underwriters, issuers and investment managers in collateralized loan obligation transactions, cash and synthetic CDOs, and other asset-backed securities transactions. Mr. Whaley also represents investment banks and others in connection with credit derivative and swap transactions, workouts and asset repackaging programs.
