Camille M. Manso is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Firm's Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on representing venture capital funds on early and growth-stage investments across industries, as well as advising both strategic clients and private equity funds in domestic and cross-border M&A, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, carve-out acquisitions, and minority investment transactions.
