Carlos Ruiz is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's London office. His practice focuses on international capital markets and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, representing issuer and underwriter clients on a broad range of transactions, including debt offerings, debt liability management transactions, primary and secondary equity offerings, Tier 1 and Tier 2 offerings, restructurings and acquisition financings, with a particular focus on high yield debt offerings and restructurings. Mr. Ruiz has significant experience in high yield financings for companies across Europe and emerging markets.
