Claire Saba Murphy is an associate in the Employment practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on employment counseling and collective and class action litigation defense.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Saba Murphy clerked for the Chief Justice of Maryland's Supreme Court. Ms. Saba Murphy also served as a judicial intern at the District Court for the District of Columbia for current Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Previously, Ms. Saba Murphy was a Human Resources associate at a top technology company in Silicon Valley, where she gained valuable, first-hand experience with internal investigations, performance management practices, hiring practices, workforce analytics, and human resource operations.
Ms. Saba Murphy received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude, in 2019, where she served on the American Criminal Law Review and as Editor-in-Chief of the Annual Survey of White Collar Crime. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Distinction from the University of Virginia in 2013. Ms. Saba Murphy is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
