Overview
Daniel Gutmann is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Frankfurt office. He is specialized in representing private equity and infrastructure investors, as well as other financial investors on national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters.
Mr. Gutmann studied law at Goethe University in Frankfurt and the Georgetown University Law Center, completing his first state exam in Frankfurt 2013, his German bar exam in 2017, his LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law in 2020 and his California bar exam in 2023. He is admitted to practice in Germany and California, USA.
