Overview
Daniel Christian Khan is an associate in the Structured Credit practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the New York office. His practice focuses on securitization and structured finance, with a particular emphasis on structured credit products and collateralized loan obligation transactions. Daniel has represented both the underwriters and issuers in at-the-market offerings and debt issuances, including junior subordinated notes and senior notes. He also assisted with a tender offer of a privately held company.

- A public utility company in its time-to-time offering and sale of common stock for its ATM equity offering sale agreement, dated Nov. 6, 2024, having an aggregate gross sales price not to exceed $3 billion.
- An electric power and natural gas holding company in offering $1.75 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes in two series: (i) $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.95% senior notes due 2035 and (ii) $750 million aggregate principal amount of 5.70% senior notes due 2055.
- An asset management solutions provider in connection with an offering of $125 million aggregate principal amount of 10.50% senior notes due 2029, which constituted additional notes under an indenture, pursuant to which they issued $475 million aggregate principal amount of its 10.50% senior notes due 2029.
