Dov Goodman is Of Counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Century City office. Mr. Goodman’s practice focuses on the representation of lending institutions, funds, and companies on a variety of commercial finance transactions, including acquisition financings, dividend recapitalizations, working capital facilities, cash flow loans, asset-based lending, bridge loans, special situation lending and refinancings.
