
Overview
Freya Evans is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. She has a broad corporate practice with a particular focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions. Her practice also covers joint ventures, investments and group restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial advice, for a mix of financial sponsors and multinational corporations. She has also spent time on secondment at Pemberton Asset Management, within the Investor Relations Department. Recent representations include acting for the sellers of The Co-Operative Bank on the £780 million sale to Coventry Building Society, STG Partners on their acquisition of TaxCalc and G42 and its majority-owned subsidiary, Khazna Data Centers, in relation to the sale by e& of its stake in Khazna for $2.2 billion.
