
Overview
Hannah Lee is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's London office. Miss Lee has a general corporate and M&A practice, which includes private mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and public company advisory matters. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Miss Lee trained and worked at another leading international law firm, where she worked with a wide range of international clients across various sectors.
