Ian O'Keefe is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, DC office. His practice focuses on white-collar defense, internal corporate investigations, and government investigations, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and antitrust laws.
Mr. O'Keefe received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2018, graduating with high honors, and was elected to the Order of the Coif. During his time in law school, Mr. O'Keefe was a member of the Moot Court and Alternative Dispute Resolution Boards, represented The George Washington University Law School in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and published a Note entitled "Hands-On Help: Establishing a Mutual Legal Assistance Task Force to Facilitate Enforcement of Laws Effective under the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention" in The George Washington International Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Appalachian State University in 2014, graduating magna cum laude.
Mr. O'Keefe is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and North Carolina.
