Julian Matthé is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Frankfurt office. 

He focuses on all aspects of German corporate and business law, advising private equity sponsors, corporate clients, venture capital funds and other financial investors on national and cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate matters.
