
Overview
Katherine Berris is an associate in the litigation practice and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Berris clerked for Chief Judge Frank Geraci of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York. She graduated from Duke University School of Law in 2017, where she was Articles Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy, Communications Director of the Innocence Project, and a participant in the Health Care Justice Clinic and the Cancer Pro Bono Project. Before law school, she was a speechwriter for U.S. Senator Benjamin L. Cardin. She graduated from Davidson College in 2010. Ms. Berris is admitted to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Western District of New York.
