Lauren Foster is a Senior Attorney in the Transactional Services Center of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Atlanta office. She focuses on transactional real estate due diligence, particularly in relation to title insurance and closings, supporting the firm’s Real Estate practice nationwide. Her practice involves reviewing and negotiating title insurance policies, surveys, and zoning reports, as well as abstracting leases, environmental reports, and other closing matters for commercial buyers and lenders.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Foster worked in the title insurance industry for five years underwriting and issuing insurance, conducting commercial closings, and resolving claims and regulatory complaints. She is particularly experienced with the TLTA forms and regulations used in Texas transactions.

Ms. Foster received her J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School and her B.A. from The George Washington University, summa cum laude. She is licensed in Georgia.
