Lauren Rogers is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Ms. Rogers received her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2022, where she served as a staffer on the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and as an advanced clinical student in the Post-Conviction Justice Project. She also spent a semester as a legal intern at the United States' Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018. Ms. Rogers is admitted to practice law in California.
