Michelle Erickson is an associate in the Employment practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Ms. Erickson’s practice focuses on employment law and employment litigation.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Ms. Erickson clerked for the Honorable Joan N. Ericksen in the United States District Court of Minnesota.

Ms. Erickson received her law degree from Stanford Law School in 2020, where she obtained pro bono distinction. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California Berkeley with high honors.
