Muaaz Maksud is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Century City office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters for public and private companies.

Mr. Maksud earned his J.D. from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2021, where he served as Notes Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review and International Policy Coordinator of the school's International Refugee Assistance Project chapter. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service degree from Georgetown University in 2015, with a major in International Political Economy and a certificate in International Development.
