Nicolas Faguer is a partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Paris office. He has extensive experience in complex litigation, in particular in company law (conflicts between shareholders, post-acquisition litigation) and in banking and commercial litigation, as well as in pre-litigation matters, in particular in business assistance missions during the administrative and judicial control phases..
Nicolas has represented several renowned insurers, audit firms, banks, and industrial companies in connection with media litigation. He has also developed extensive experience in the areas of product defectiveness and pharmaceutical litigation.
