Paul Yu is an associate in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. He is a member of the Global Banking and Payment Systems practice and focuses on the representation of financial institutions and other financial services companies in various transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters.
