Scott Clark is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice primarily focuses on project development and financing in the infrastructure sector. Scott has represented parties in transactions involving the procurement, contracting and financing of large transportation, transit and social infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Scott worked as an associate in the Toronto office of a global law firm as part of the infrastructure group where he advised procuring authorities and developers on leading transactions across Canada, including public-private partnership (PPP/P3) and collaborative contracts.
Scott earned a bachelor's degree in human justice (High Distinction) from the University of Regina, and a Juris Doctor from Queen's University. He is admitted to practice in New York, Massachusetts and Ontario, Canada.
