Solomon Olukoya is an associate in the Real Estate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. 

His practice focuses on real estate finance, particularly European cross-border real estate finance transactions. He advises lenders, arrangers, private equity sponsors and other real estate investors on commercial investment property financings, development financing, hotel financing and loan-on-loan financing.

He has advised on various asset classes including logistics, offices, retail, student housing, life sciences, data centres and hospitality.
