Overview

Toni Suh is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, joint venture, financing, development and leasing.

Ms. Suh represents real estate private equity funds, investors, developers, and corporations on a broad spectrum of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects in connection with office buildings, hotels, condominiums, retail properties, and multi-family housing. Ms. Suh also has experience representing clients in the negotiation and drafting of various construction-related agreements, including consulting, design, development, installation and other professional services agreements.

Recognitions

Ms. Suh has been named to the Lawyers of Color's Hot List 2022, which recognizes early- to mid-career attorneys excelling in the legal profession. She is a member of the Legal Services of Northern Virginia’s Rule 6.1 Society, which recognizes and thanks attorneys who perform at least 40 hours of pro bono work annually. She also serves on the leadership board of the Women’s Affinity Network at Paul Hastings.

Education

Ms. Suh received her law degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors from the University of British Columbia in 2016. Ms. Suh is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
