Will Clark Farmer is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Will focuses his practice on restructuring, bankruptcy and creditors' rights litigation.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Will served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Robert N. Kwan of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California.

Will received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School in 2017, graduating Order of the Coif and with high honors. He graduated from Tulane University in 2013.

Mr. Farmer is admitted to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, and New York.
