Zachary Silvers is an associate in the Corporate department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington D.C. office. Zachary is a member of the Global Fintech & Payments Group and focuses on representing bank and non-bank financial institutions, financial services, and financial technology companies and payment networks in various transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters.

Zachary received his law degree from The George Washington University Law School where he graduated with honors and served as Co-President of Street Law and as a member of the International Law Review. Zachary earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. Zachary is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Texas.
