Paul Hastings Advised Kayne Anderson BDC, Inc. in its Initial Public Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Kayne Anderson BDC in its initial public offering of $100 million of common stock, which was completed on May 24, 2024. KBDC’s shares of common stock began trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KBDC.”

Partners Will Burns and David Hearth led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Anna Barbosa and Ben Winnick.
