Paul Hastings Advised Lenders in Warburg Pincus and TA Associates’ Acquisition of Epassi Group

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the lenders in relation to the financing of Warburg Pincus and TA Associates’ acquisition of Epassi Group, a market leader for digital employee benefit payments in the Nordics.

Global Finance partners Rob Davidson and Mo Nurmohamed led the Paul Hastings team, which also included associates Chiraag Patel and Ajay Agarwal.
