Paul Hastings LLP is representing SMBC, Citi and Goldman Sachs on providing $12.1 billion of committed financing in connection with the acquisition of Air Lease Corporation, a leading aircraft lessor, by Apollo, Brookfield, SMBC Aviation Capital and Sumitomo Corporation through a newly established entity, Sumisho Air Lease Corporation (Ireland) DAC.
