Alicia M. Harrison is a senior associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings. Ms. Harrison advises investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, hybrid funds, co-investment funds, and funds of funds, on all aspects of their organization, marketing, operation, and compliance with or exemption from SEC rules and regulations.
