Amanda Pober is of counsel in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Her practice focuses on all aspects of complex commercial litigation and white collar matters. Amanda has substantial experience as a civil and criminal litigator and handles all phases of litigation, including pretrial, trial and appellate motion practice. She has represented clients across industries in high-stakes civil litigation matters in federal and state courts and arbitration proceedings concerning contractual disputes, patent infringement and tort claims. She has also represented individuals and corporations in internal and government investigations, as well as civil and criminal proceedings involving the DOJ and SEC, concerning allegations of wire fraud, securities fraud, insider trading and market manipulation.
