Elizabeth A. Parvis is an associate in the New York office of Paul Hastings and is a member of the firm’s Complex Litigation and Arbitration practice. She represents clients in high-stakes securities litigation matters and complex commercial disputes, and has broad experience advising institutional and individual clients, including public and private companies, financial institutions, large corporations and professional services firms in both state and federal courts.
Drawing on significant stand-up experience and strong written advocacy skills, Elizabeth counsels clients throughout all phases of litigation, consistently delivering winning outcomes and business-focused results.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Elizabeth practiced at a leading international law firm.
Defending a leading pop culture lifestyle brand in multiple ongoing individual and class action securities and derivative suits in both state and federal court.
Representing a major global auto manufacturer in a complex class action litigation alleging RICO and consumer fraud claims stemming from the alleged maintenance of undisclosed emissions “defeat devices.”
