Evan Preminger is of counsel in the Environmental Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on environmental enforcement defense, regulatory compliance counseling, permitting and crisis response.

REPRESENTATIONS

  • Successfully represented an elder care facility developer in New York state litigation before the Appellate Division and Court of Appeals by challenging the sufficiency of the environmental review for a proposed Manhattan development.

  • Advised the project developer on the environmental review and permitting equivalency process for a $1.5 billion multipurpose arena project.
