Advising a company and a director on making representations to Companies House regarding the delayed filing of accounts, assisting them in avoiding prosecution.
Advising a range of companies on anti-bribery and sanctions due diligence.
Assisting global life sciences companies on internal investigations concerning bribery and other related issues, in a number of different jurisdictions.
