Jacob Rothenberg is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Boston office. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, including Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission, post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and litigation in U.S. district courts. His experience spans many technologies, including optics, semiconductor design and processing, mobile communication, consumer electronic devices and medical devices.
