Jake Rutherford is of counsel in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Houston office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, representing clients in state and federal courts across the country in a wide range of business disputes. Jake also has extensive experience conducting internal corporate investigations and handling expert witnesses.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Jake clerked for Judge Phil Johnson of the Supreme Court of Texas.
