Shawn Kim is an associate in the Corporate Departmentof Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. She is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets practice groups.

Shawn received her law degree from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2023, where she served as a Content Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice. She also served as a peer mentor and as co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Shawn is admitted to practice law in California.
