Terence Parker is of counsel in the Litigation Department and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters, including cartel defense, criminal investigations and litigation.
Served as DOJ trial counsel in a two-week conspiracy and wire fraud trial in the Western District of Texas resulting in defendant’s conviction for fraudulently obtaining over $240 million in federal contracts.
Served on DOJ trial team for a two-week criminal antitrust trial in the District of Colorado against Fortune 500 healthcare company and former CEO.
