Tori Simon is an associate in the Financial Restructuring group at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and restructuring-related litigation. She handles a variety of commercial and financial disputes in state and federal bankruptcy courts.
