Tris CoxTrisCox

Tris Cox is an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Boston office. She received a J.D. from Vanderbilt Law School in 2023 and a B.A. in History and International Relations with a minor in French from the University of Texas at Austin in 2020. During law school, she clerked for the Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit of the Texas Attorney General’s Office. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she advised on a variety of M&A corporate transactions in the Boston legal market.
