Amber Dong is a senior associate in the Asset-Backed Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. 

Amber advises asset managers, sponsors, issuers, investors, lenders, underwriters, placement agents, collateral managers and advisors in all aspects of asset-backed financing transactions, including credit facilities, forward flow purchase arrangements, 4(a)(2) and 144A/Reg S securitizations. She has experience with a broad range of asset types, both in the U.S. and abroad, including fintech assets, data centers, fiber optic networks, cell towers, credit card receivables, buy-now-pay-later loans, student loans, unsecured consumer loans, law firm loans, home equity loans, litigation claims and settlement payments, reperforming mortgage loans and tax credits.
