
Overview
Braden Anderson is an associate in the Intellectual Property practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on litigating patent and trade secret disputes in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining the firm, Braden served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rodney Gilstrap in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. There, he advised the court in hundreds of patent disputes, including nine jury trials. Braden also has experience designing and implementing global patent strategies for clients in diverse fields, such as next-generation sequencing, antibody therapeutics and chemical compositions.
Braden earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2020. During law school, he was an editor on the Food and Drug Law Journal. Braden also obtained a B.A. in Biology from Erskine College.
