
Overview
Danyeale Chung is a partner in Paul Hastings’ Fund Finance practice and based in the firm’s Charlotte office. Danyeale advises leading lenders in the fund finance industry on the structuring, negotiating, documenting and syndicating of multijurisdictional and multicurrency subscription facilities and other lending arrangements, often across from top-tier sponsors. She regularly counsels clients on some of the market’s largest and most complex subscription financings, with lender commitments ranging from $35 million to $6 billion. Danyeale also advises lenders on fund governing documents and negotiations of third-party investor documents.
Danyeale was recognized by the Fund Finance Association as part of its inaugural Rising Stars list. She has been included in The Best Lawyers in America’s Ones to Watch list for Banking and Finance Law since 2021, as well as in Lawdragon’s “500 X – The Next Generation” list since 2023.
She received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.A. from the University of North Carolina Greensboro.
