Overview
Harvey Strickon is of counsel in the Corporate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Harvey is a member of the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice. He primarily represents secured creditors (including banks, finance companies and commercial factors) in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court workouts, litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He has also represented creditors’ committees, trustees and Chapter 11 debtors.
