Jen O'Donnell is associate general counsel in the firm's Office of the General Counsel and is based in London. She advises the firm's international offices on legal and risk management issues, such as compliance with regulatory frameworks, professional ethics, firm policies and anti-money laundering requirements.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Jen was a partner and the director of risk at a national law firm in England & Wales. Before a career in risk management, Jen was a partner with a litigation practice focused on criminal defence and coronial inquests.
