Jesse Evans is an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings and a member of the firm’s Structured Credit practice. The scope of Jesse’s practice comprises structured finance and securitisation transactions, with a particular focus on collateralised loan obligations (CLOs). Jesse represents arranger banks, investment managers, issuers, lenders and financial institutions in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including warehouse financing, CLO new issuances and resets, retention financing and finance-linked hedging arrangements. Jesse has recently advised clients such as AlbaCore, Alcentra, Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, ICG, Morgan Stanley, PGIM, Rothschild Five Arrows, Sculptor and Serone.
