
Overview
Kate Peterson is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. Her practice covers securitization and structured finance, including collateralized loan obligations and other structured credit products. Previously, Kate worked in Delaware focusing on securitization and structured finance with an emphasis on transactions involving Delaware limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations and business trusts.
Kate also provided advice and legal opinions on a variety of matters of Delaware law, including formation and operation of Delaware corporations and alternative entities, enforceability of contracts governed by Delaware law, and creation and perfection of security interests under Article 9 of the Delaware Uniform Commercial Code.
Admitted only in New York and Delaware. Application for admission filed in the District of Columbia. Practice supervised by members of the District of Columbia Bar.
