Kirsten Grohs is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm's Century City office. Her practice focuses on financial restructuring.

Kirsten received her law degree from UCLA School of Law in 2025, previously earning a Master of Business Administration as well as a Master of Sport Administration from Ohio University in 2013. Her undergraduate degree is in Psychology, with a minor in French, from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada. Prior to law school, Kirsten worked in the NFL for ten years as a Salary Cap Analyst and Manager of Football Administration for the Jacksonville Jaguars ('13-'17) and Atlanta Falcons ('18-'23). Her expertise in these areas relate to salary cap accounting and player contract analysis.
