Laney Tucker is an associate in the Real Estate practice at Paul Hastings and is a member of the Global Hospitality & Leisure group. She is based in the firm's Century City Office.

Laney's practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of properties, leasing, financing on both lender and borrower sides and joint venture agreements for various asset classes, including hospitality, commercial, office, multi-family residential, industrial and data centers. Laney previously worked as the vice president and senior counsel of retail properties at The Irvine Company and uses her experience as in-house counsel to better serve her clients.

Laney is fluent in Spanish and has worked on overseas real estate development deals in Latin America. She also uses her Spanish as a part of her robust pro bono practice and has formed part of teams who have won asylum cases on behalf of Central and South American clients.
