Overview

Lawrence Slusky is a senior litigation associate in the Washington, D.C. office who focuses on complex civil litigation. Lawrence counsels clients in defending tort and consumer class actions, handling regulatory and internal antitrust, securities and white-collar investigations, and pursuing large claims in jurisdictions nationwide. Lawrence has extensive experience drafting pleadings and substantive dispositive briefings, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions and managing all phases of discovery and case strategy in complex commercial litigation for Fortune 100 clients across federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Lawrence was a litigation associate at two large international law firms. Before that, he interned for the Honorable Amit P. Mehta in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in the Office of Constitutional & Specialized Tort Litigation, the Maryland State Attorney's Office's Felony Unit and the offices of two U.S. Senators.
