Overview

Lori Parcel Taubman is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She advises clients on a wide range of high-stakes antitrust matters, including litigation, transactions and government investigations.

Trained as an industrial organization economist, Lori brings the same analytical rigor to her practice of law. She is a versatile practitioner, representing clients in matters before the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission, as well as in civil antitrust litigation. Drawing upon nearly a decade of experience as an economist at both the Antitrust Division and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Lori is well-positioned to identify efficient methods for responding to information requests and to craft compelling advocacy for government agencies. Lori's industry experience includes pharmaceuticals and financial services, among other sectors. Lori is active in the Antitrust Law Section of the ABA and serves as vice chair of the Section's U.S. Comments and Policy Committee.
